1994 Pegoretti Designed Pinarello Dyna

Description

Professional level 1994 Pinarello Dyna, great shape, low miles.  One of the best steel frames built in the 90s, designed by Dario Pegoretti.  During this time, he was the avant-garde of TIG welded frame makers.    He built frames for the greatest riders of the time, such as De Luca, Pantani, Indurain,
Armstrong, etc..  This model and it sister version, the Pinarello Radius, were the last steel bikes to win the TdF.  TIG welding allowed Dario to experiment with oversized tubing and angles while reducing the overall weight of his bikes (no lugs to contend with).  Made with specially drawn Dedacciai Dyna Lite 18MVCDV8 steel tubing.
Pegoretti was contracted by Pinarello to design and build racing frames in the 90's.  After starting the Dario Pegoretti company, but prior to his untimely passing away, he participated on a well known bike forum
discussion
and when asked if he might have worked on these Pinarello frames himself, in his typical manner, he replied, "Possibly."
Seat tube is 54 CM CtC, top tube is 55 CM CtC, and the bike weighs just under 21 pounds.  Top of the line Campagnolo Record Titanium model group throughout, 8 speed "Carbon BB" system (see photos), 39 x 52 170mm crankset.  Low milage 13 x 26 rear cassette.  Note - temporary mountain bike pedals not included
Very few nicks (tried to capture them as best possible).  Replaced some of the decals.  Have a look at the other Dyna Lite and Radius listings here on eBay to see other decal and paint examples.  To go full 90's, you might want to purchase another set here on eBay (about 40.00 or so) and apply all them back on the frame.  To me, it was a bit much, so I applied what you see.  Some of the remnants from the old missing decals are visible if you look closely and I tried to capture that too, but its faint in the photo's and in person.
Portions of the rear triangle and front forks are chromed.  Chrome is in great shape as well.  The bike has been in dry Colorado since new.  Use zoom or full screen mode and look closely at the condition of the frame and components.  *** The Dyna or Radius were not lugged ***
Pantograph'ed front derailleur hanger, rear brake bridge, fork lugs, and bottom of the bottom bracket (stamped with a 4 and M20).    3TTT Status almost imperceptible grayish-blue 120mm stem, and 3TTT FORMA SL Racing Team Service 40 CM (C t C) bars with new Fizik tape.
Mavic Reflex SUP rims with Campy Record hubs.  Rims are light blue/grey.  700 x 25mm Vittoria Rubino tires have been ridden less than 100 miles and have "Pinarello" labeled on the sides.  Selle Italia Titanium Flight leather saddle embossed with Pinarello (some leather dye wear, see photo).
