For sale is an America's First Presidents Mint Stamp collectors panel of 27 stamps.
The presentation album comes with the stamps, mounts, and special panel you attach the stamps to.
It's never been set up and is still original like it was sold by Fleetwood in 1999 for . I still have the original receipt too.
The special presentation album is still in it's plastic wrapper .
Condition
The album and stamps are in MINT condition just as it was sold in 1999.
