Framed & Matted Washington State Centennial Commemorative Stamp & 1989 Penny

Description

Collectable framed and matted 1989 Washington State Centennial commemorative stamp (25 cents) and 1989 penny (Denver mint), an estate item from my Aunt's non-smoking home. Washington State was admitted to the Union in 1889.

collection by Inkspirations, Billings, MT. I discovered the company's label on back of the mat while cleaning the glass!
Metal frame is 4" (10.2 cm) x 5" (12.7 cm); mat opening 2" (5.1 cm) x 2-1/2" (6.4 cm). Easel back is sturdy and works well, no rust.
Very small areas of tarnish on top rim of penny, otherwise, excellent estate condition.
