    Description

    MATTED STAMPS FOR STAMP COLLECTORS
    The top stamp was issued in 1993 at the opening of the Smithsonian's National Postal Museum. The bottom one, honoring the stamp-collecting hobby, was issued in 1972.   Collectors requested this stamp which they could call "their own."  Matting is dark green textured.
    All stamps are unused US Postage stamps and this item will fit in any standard 5 inch by 7 inch frame. Shipping is $ 2.95
