  • Condition: Set of 2 vintage framed paintings - one is signed "Arrow Flight" Noel Wuttunee 71. The other painting in the exact same style and frame is unsigned. Both pieces are mounted (taped) on wood frames which have some damage on edges. The backs of the frames are nice. The unsigned copy has nails sticking up in front of the painting. Painting themselves measure 9 x 12 and with frame they are 12 1/2" x 15 1/2". Please see photos for additional detail.

    Noel Wuttunee Arrow Fligt 1971 Native Canadian Vintage Art 9 x 12 Set of 2. Set of 2 vintage framed paintings - one is signed "Arrow Flight" Noel Wuttunee 71. The other painting in the exact same style and frame is unsigned. Both pieces are mounted (taped) on wood frames which have some damage on edges, including some pieces chipped off. The backs of the frames are nice. The unsigned copy has nails sticking up in front of the painting. Painting themselves measure 9 x 12 and with frame they are 12 1/2" x 15 1/2".     These came from an estate in Canmore, Alberta, Canada. The artist was born in 1926 (and passed in 2011) on The Red Pheasant Reserve near North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Canada. He specialized in Portraiture. Unfortunately I do'n't have any more information on the artist than what I was able to find online. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of these paintings will go to the Native Women's Association of Canada.
