Northwest Coast Carved Cedar Sun Effigy Mask Plaque Signed Art Charlie

This is a Northwest Coast cedar carving by artist Art Charlie.  The mask / carving is a sun effigy.  It is nicely carved and signed by Art Charlie on the back.  Made in
Victoria, British Columbia in 2001.  Measures about 8 3/4" across.  The Charlie family is well known and many are renowned artists.  Art Charlie is possibly a member of the Squamish family, and related to Jim and Dominic Charlie.  Excellent, pre-owned condition with little sign of wear.
