es, it is!
There's no chrome on the fork or rear stays but there was as you can see in the last three pics. It was pitted and deemed not worth re-chroming. So the frame was sandblasted, primed and painted black. New decals from the 1976 model year were applied. The bike would have been originally offered with tubular wheels and Normandy Lux hubs. I had a pair of clincher wheels with Normany Lux hubs that would make for a wider appeal to prospective buyers. Remember, I started out with a rusted and non original paint frame. I built it up with the best available French parts I had in my inventory. Of particular note is the Nervar Star crank set with 52/40 chainrings and the 14-28 six speed Atom freewheel affording the rider low gears for the hills.The bike has been professionally tuned and is ready to ride. The finished product will not disappoint!
Stand-over height is 33". If your inseam is such that you can straddle that height without it touching your "private parts" this size bike (23" or 58.5 cm) will likely fit you.
