Return Policy:
Great customer service is our goal. All refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving machine (return shipping will be paid by the buyer). Please be sure to give us a call with any issues, as we are more than willing to help you get any part or service you may need prior to shipping the piece back to us. Please do not return anything without contacting us first.
If we cannot help fix your issue and you decide to return the product, please be sure it is in the packaging and condition in which you received the item.
Any returned products that were purchased with free shipping will have the actual shipping cost incurred by Midwest Used Fitness deducted from the refund. We strongly encourage you to obtain a tracking number or proof of shipping receipt, as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit. Returned items will be fully inspected, and a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
