24inch to top of top tube(23 13/16" to curve in the seat lug)
Top tube is 22 1/2" long, center to center. Finely detailed fancy ornate lugs ,,,,,,very fancy, and delicate hand sanded.  . Great parts ensemble. GB British made handlebar, stem, and GB Super Hood brake levers with ClubHoods. Brooks B15 Champion Narrow saddle. Very rare, Simplex alloy rear derailleur.  Very rare, Cyclo Benelux front derailleur. Cyclo alloy wing nuts on Shellwin lightweight large flange lovely looking Pat.Pending hubs.
Hubs manufactured at The King's Heath Engineering Co. Ltd. UK. .  Incredible flanges on these hubs. Regina 4 speed freewheel. Very rare, Beborex S.G.D.G. leverage multiplicator brake calipers.  Notice at the cable attachment end, the lever slides in the guide and leverage increases as the caliper is actuated.  Also, Nifty stepped quick-release built into caliper. Very rare, Hollow forged hexagonal "A.Duprat" cranks with alloy Simplex chainrings. Super rare glassy smooth Harden 1950s sealed bearing bottom bracket.
