No assembly at all - just take it out of the box, hang it off the front of your console/control panel, put a book on and you are good to go!

Small Size is 7 inch x 10 inch x 1.5 inch hook x 2.5 inch hook
Compact Size is 9 inch x 8 inch x 1.5 inch hook x 2.5 inch hook
Standard Size is 9 inch x 11 inch x 1.5 inch hook x 2.5 inch hook
Full Size is 11 inch x 11 inch x 1.5 inch hook x 2.5 inch hook
X Deep Size is 9 inch x 11 inch x 1.5 inch hook and 3.5 inch hook
XX Large Size is 11 inch x 11 inch x 1.5 inch hook x 5 inch hook
