Shipping
Quality Home Fitness products will ship via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.  Please allow 1 full business day for processing and handling. If there is a specific carrier you like us to go through please specify during purchase of product. Tracking number will be provided after the item has shipped.
Returns
Thank you for shopping with Quality Home Fitness. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from your order date to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip with the Return Authorization number on it to be accepted.
You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs, some exclusions do apply. (If the product arrived damaged or the wrong order was sent.)
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 5-8 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
