Vintage Cwc Coulson Roadmaster? Balloon Tires Bike. Older bike rides well could use a tune-up. Not sure what it is looks it it may be a few different bikes made this one.  Nice skip tooth drive train with new departure hubs on drop center rims. Paint could be original does look like it has a lighter color underneath could be just the primer. Drive side chain stay near the drop out has been rewelded. The bike has new nobby white wall tires.
