Vintage Raleigh Bicycle. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I rode this bike around NYC for two almost three years. I’m over 6 foot it is a little small for me but it’s a larger bike. Set up as a cruiser with the laid back handlebars and the fenders.
This vintage bike is a workhorse. I had to change the front fork and front brake so they are not original. The whole gear mechanism in the back has also been changed. Unfortunately the crank is not original either.
I couldn’t ditch the bike and just leave it without making the repairs. This leaves you with brand new parts. I must have spent 400 bucks at Bs bikes in Brooklyn just keeping it on the road.
With that said my price is fair. The suicide shifter placement seat and frame are vintage and have been cared for. I’m not sure if the back tire needs a new tube or not and the grips are awful and need to be changed. Bell is loud and very get outta my way. Hey it’s NY!!!
Pick up is cool but you gotta pay first.
Shipping is happening at REI where they will pack it and create a label I pay for thru Bike Flight. Right to your door.
Unassembled in a way that makes packing a bike possible. I’m sure arrangements can be made to ship it to a bike shop that will re-assemble. Whatever you like.
