Vintage Raleigh Prestige Racing USA, 14 speed, 63 cm, made in USA, used.
The bike is in a beautiful condition for the age of almost 40 years and was the top of the line of Raleigh bikes probably in 1985, (but not very sure about the fabrication year).
There are some scratches on the pain, the worst is shown in the picture 5, also the chrome is in a few spots scratched and pitted, mostly on the fork blades. Also the decals have missing parts, as seen in the pictures. No dings or bents or other damages to the frame.
The frame is Raleigh 555SL double butted manganese molybdenum steel. The frame is chromed under the paint.
The fork is Raleigh 555 SL too.

63 cm from center of crank to top of seat tube;
58 cm top tube C-C;
87 cm stand over, from ground to top of top tube.
14 speed Suntour Superbe Pro derailleurs and shifters.
Dia-Compe AGC 300-250 brakes.
Ofmega Mistral 52/42, 170 mm crank set.
Araya 700C wheels with Suntour Superbe Pro hubs and new tires.
SR Custom stem and SR Royal bars.
One bottle cage. Air pump.
The bike as the catalog says is 22 lbs weight.
